Hey, there was currently no plan to add it, but the Lucio Surf community pretty much has its own leaderboards. You can check em out here: https://discord.gg/G9QBCDY

Their website doesn't seem up-to-date, but their spreadsheet leaderboards are. They even have a points system based on how well you perform in each map (for discord server roles).

IMO if we do, we could maybe add one of the LS seasons: Seasons 1 and 2 are simply point A to point B (KVKKR / MA09Q) Seasons 3-5 start including checkpoints (Z4NJR / RM0TW / H87HH)

And perhaps just GravSpeed since that seems to be the more popular of the two modes.
