New OBB glitch found skipping elevator sequence in 3-1. A shame in some sense. It was the most interesting variable of the run imo. No more considerations/calculations of health pickups. No more zero damage strats for the sequence. A no-OBB category would be sufficiently different to Any% now. Bringing back Act 4 would make no-health strats pretty tricky to figure out.
