I finally went ahead and tried speedrunning the game (on hard mind you) and we got it done. I died a few times, and the route could definitely be better but we are on there lol.

Mod note, after beating the game, it stops the speedrun timer, so my time in-game after about 4h 9m is incorrect until I realize that its stopped, not sure how much time that'll add.
