in the categories post i asked something similar, theyre gonna be adding all the correct difficulties to each category but its gonna take time

with these categories what do we do for inbetween ones? i.e. activate e-710 pumps we have one for trivial (which i dont think it can spawn on) but nothing for easy, do we just need to wait for categories to be updated? or do we submit our easy runs on the trivial category?

For runs like "Kill the bile titan" does the run end upon the text saying you've killed the bile titan or do you need to finish the mission?

Also if you do need to finish the mission does that mean extracting? or can you simply just run out of lives which ends the mission too?
